Biography
Born in 1947, Prof. Dragos Stanciu, graduated from the Dentistry Faculty of the Carol Davila University , in Bucharest , in 1971. After earning the title of Specialist in Orthodontics and General dentistry in the first class in Romania, he went on to found and lead ANRO- Romanian National Orthodontic Society, published numerous orthodontic text books and articles ,lead the orthodontic Departament of the Faculty and the Faculty itself as Dean. He had a stint in leading the Romanian Board of Dental Medicine . At the present time he leads the Orthodontic residency program at the Dental Medicine Faculty in Galati and continues to own and lead his privat practice in Bucharest.
