These awards are open to both members and non-members AREO. 
These awards are open to both AREO members and non-members.The authors take full responsibility for the content.
Each poster can only be nominated for one award.
Prizes will be awarded for the best  poster.
The winners will be judged at the Congress by an international jury.

Details about the POSTER PRESENTATION
Age limit: up to 35 years old – only for the AREO BOBOC AWARDS CONTEST!
You cannot submit abstracts before registering and paying the registration fee.
At least one of the authors must be registered as a participant, with the registration fee paid.
The entire poster presentation should last a maximum of 5 minutes.

General information about the e-poster system 
All e-posters must be prepared in English.
Layout: Portrait / Landscape
E-Poster size:
•    The recommended size (W x H format) is Portrait: 1080px x 1920px or Landscape: 1920px x 1080px
•    E-Poster aspect ratio: 9:16
•    DPI 300 pixels/inch
•    File size: The maximum file size is 4MB (4MB)
•    File format: Save your file as a PDF for quick and easy uploading
•    Media: Images/photos, graphs, and tables can be included in the e-poster.
Only a PDF of your e-poster can be uploaded.

Abstract submission guidelines for poster presentation
Authors should prepare and send abstracts for the poster presentation
The maximal number of authors per abstract is 5. 
The abstract should be prepared in MS Word in English
Name the Word file as SurnameName.doc [ex. Popescu Dana.doc]
Please write the author's data for correspondence: surname and name, address, mobile phone number, e-mail

Title of poster UPPER CASE (font Times New Roman, Bold, 14pt) 
Last name, first name of all authors (font Times New Roman, Bold, 12pt) 
The name and address of the Institution (font Times New Roman, Regular, 12pt) 
Abstract: max 250 words, font Times New Roman, Regular, 12pt).
Each poster should have key information: 
Title,  authors names, affiliations and country, introduction, aim, results and conclusion sections,  no conflict of interest statemen

Confirmation
The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject the proposed papers.
The authors will receive an electronic “Letter of Acceptance/Rejection” on the e-mail address they provided on registration.
