Ionut Luchian

Biography
Dr. Ionut Luchian is an Associate Professor and Consultant in Periodontology, being part of the academic staff of the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iasi-Romania. In the same time, he holds a MSc and PhD in Dental Medicine. He published extensively in peer-reviewed international journals and also served as guest editor or reviewer for international journal. Previously, he was ellected President of International Association of Dental Students and Scientific Director for Young Dentists Wordlwide. Since 2020 he was appointed as Vice Dean of the faculty in which he teaches and starting 2023 he is the Vice President of the National Commission for Periodontology in the Romanian Ministry of Health.
